CrossFit: Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is the methodology that we incorporate for group classes and is composed of constantly changing mix of bodyweight movements, gymnastics movements, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, and cardiovascular development. CrossFit is currently the fastest growing fitness movement in the world for a very good reason – RESULTS. If your goal is to get in the best shape of your life, then CrossFit is the fastest way to get there.

Private Training: If group classes are not right for you or you feel that you’re simply not ready to jump into them, then private training is your best option. In private training you will have access to one of our great coaches on a one-on-one basis. The training will be tailored to your specific health and fitness goals. * Available to the public.
Small Group Training: Do you have a few friends that share a similar desire to get in shape with you? Small group training is similar to our private training program where up to 6 people will be able to train together with a private coach. Pricing is split between all of the group members to keep individual costs low. * Available to the public
Team Training: We are currently the Strength & Conditioning program for the Santa Barbara High School Men’s and Women’s Volleyball team. Strength and Conditioning programs for high school athletes insure that they are receiving proper instruction on form while building up their fitness, mobility, agility and flexibility. This allows for more competitive seasons with fewer injuries, exponentially increasing the chances of continued play at the collegiate level. * Available to the public
Private Programming: Available for long distance clients as well as locals, private training routines are set up for sport specific as well as general training routines. * Available to the public
Heaven and Hell: Our first hybrid class, Heaven & Hell brings the best of both worlds together in a one-hour class. Enjoy 30 minutes of CrossFit with an emphasis on short, effective, bodyweight oriented workouts followed by a quick cool down period before moving right into another 30 minute session of yoga. This is a perfect opportunity for people who value both but don’t have the time to take two separate classes. * Available to the public
Yin Yoga: Taught the talented and experienced Heather Tiddens, CPC’s yoga classes are geared towards stretching and increasing mobility. The class is taught in a relaxed environment and benefits both the hardcore CrossFitter and anyone who feels that increasing their flexibility is advantageous. * Available to the public
Mobility: CPC’s Mobility Class is an hour session dedicated to dramatically increasing the mobility of our athletes. We subscribe to the notion that training hard without the proper mobility is like driving a race-car with the Emergency break on! Nothing is more important to our overall success as athletes than the long-term availability of our joints and tendons. * Available to the public
Nutritional Counseling: Also available locally or through distance, nutritional counseling and accountability is a great way to work towards your greatest health. What we eat today will have a significant effect on how we feel and train. What we eat consistently over the next 5 years will most likely dictate the course of your health for many years to come. * Available to the public.
