KIDS

Welcome to CrossFit Pacific Coast’s CrossFit Kids Program  –  The Central Coast’s Premiere Youth Fitness Program.

“Drop em off rowdy – get em back tired!”

Our mission statement at CrossFit Pacific Coast is: to provide the highest level of coaching, wellness support and education to our clients, empowering them to live the healthiest, most dynamic lives possible.

One of the only complaints that we hear from our clients, and it’s one that we share with them ourselves is that we all wish that we’d had CrossFit available to us as children!  How much more fun would high-school sports have been with our current levels of fitness.  How much healthier would we have been had we known what CrossFit has taught us about nutrition, proper training and overall wellness.  How many more days would we have had to enjoy outside playing?

We started CrossFit Kids here at CPC for this exact reason.  Our goal is provide your children with the highest level of fitness, education, empowerment and most of all fun!  The coaches here at CPC subscribe to the belief that if fitness is play then it will become a lifelong adventure.  If learning about fruits and vegetables takes the form of a game – the education will stay with the kids forever.

Our Commitment

* We teach children to become active leaders who are able to do the “impossible”.
* We will provide a safe and positive learning environment for kids to gain knowledge, skills and awareness.
* We promote the importance of health and fitness for a lifetime.
* We build a foundation that gives children an increased ability to succeed in other sports.

CrossFit Kids has proven successful across the country at not only raising the fitness and wellness level of the children, but carries over into other areas of the children’s lives.  Test scores are higher, health and overall attitude improve and most importantly – the kids have fun!

“CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population.”- CrossFit Kids Headquarters
