40-30-20-10 reps of Pull-ups, KB – Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (1 pood): 15:06
Strung together 20 consecutive pull-ups to start, a PR. Could have gone 1 or 2 more, but wanted to leave gas in tank for rest of pull-ups. In retrospect, if I stopped at 10, I probably would have been faster on pull-ups overall.
Very impressed by Anthony, who, in one of his first Xfit workouts, did 100 pullups. Awesome job!
Will: He used to just put a belt, a stick, and a wrench on the kitchen table and say, "Choose."
