6/19 Benchmark Workout: 500 m row, 40 squats, 30 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 10 pull-ups: 5:10

The Claw
Will: He used to just put a belt, a stick, and a wrench on the kitchen table and say, "Choose."
Sean: Well, I gotta go with the belt there.
Will: I used to go with the wrench.

Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3: 95# (poor form)-75-85-95 (good form!) (Lots more in the tank on this one)

AMRAP 10 mins 5x pullups, burpees, medicine ball V-sit: 8 (plus 5 pull-ups, 2 burpees)

This is gonna be fun!

Warmup: Tabata squats = 13, situps = 10 (?), pushups = 5 (assuming a very generous definition of "pushup").

Hang power cleans 5-5-5-5. All 75 #. Wanted to do more weight, but Traver wouldn't let me until I did them right. Grr!

Suicides x 4: All 24 sec.

First 6 am workout ever. I think I like it.

6/30 WOD: 7 Rounds for Time of 15 Dumbell Thrusters (25#), 15 Push-ups (one again, assuming a generous definition of push-up), 5 Knees to Elbows (actually, more like Knees to Navel): 18:00 something.

Too incoherent afterward the remember the exact time.

7/13 WOD.

40-30-20-10 reps of Pull-ups, KB – Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (1 pood): 15:06

Strung together 20 consecutive pull-ups to start, a PR. Could have gone 1 or 2 more, but wanted to leave gas in tank for rest of pull-ups. In retrospect, if I stopped at 10, I probably would have been faster on pull-ups overall.

Very impressed by Anthony, who, in one of his first Xfit workouts, did 100 pullups. Awesome job!
