THE HOOK GRIP REVISITED FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME.

The hook grip! We talk about it, talk about it, and talk about it some more. It’s a painful grip at the start, but such a huge tool to have in your arsenal.

All of the coaches have seen barbells fly out of people’s hands during long workouts or workouts where grip was the main issue. Believe me, after knocking out a series of pull ups, and farmer’s carries, if you have to return and pick up a barbell, you’re going to want to have the hook grip available.

Learn it, practice it and make it part of your repitoire. You will thank us for it!
