In the years past we’ve done Bring a Friend Day’s and have usually had a packed house for the workout! However, we’ve also heard from many of you that having them on one particular day makes getting some friends here a challenge due to scheduling issues.
To remedy this and allow you to show your gym and what you do to as many people as possible, we’re extending this out for all day Friday, Saturday morning, and both Sunday workouts!
Our Bring a Friend Weekend will be next weekend – October 19, 20 and 21.
Any CPC’er is welcome to bring a local guest or family member in with them to workout with you. We’re going to have a sign up sheet in the gym for you to write your name down and your friend’s name down as well.
Anyone who brings a friend in will get a coupon for a free class here at CPC for themselves.
Come one, come all. This is a wonderful opportunity for people close to you to get to experience a small part of your lives and your community.
