It’s hard to stay at the top of your game for the last three months of the year. Anyone over the age of three knows this.
However, we aren’t your standard group of human beings and rise to meet all challenges regardless of what the calendar says. This of course means that we’re going to hold one last challenge before we close the year out.
Saturday October 6th at 9:00am we’ll be holding the trials of The CrossFit Football Total with the finals ending on a glorious morning come December 1st!
The CrossFit Football Total is your 1 Rep Max in the following lifts:
Power Clean
Back Squat
Bench
Deadlift
*Perform a single max effort for the lifts listed above.
*After warm-ups, 3 attempts are allowed.
*Total must be done in the specified order.
*Combine all 4 lifts to create CF Football Total
