After crunching all of the numbers – workouts, measurements, points, and bonus points – we have found that one young lady has stood out among all of our Whole Life Challenge participants. The top 5 scores were separated by only a very few points, but at the end of the day Dr. Karen Johnson was left standing at the top!
It should also be noted that in addition to crushing workouts, eating clean, taking her fish oil, mobilizing, losing inches, and gaining burpees, Karen is also an extremely busy woman! She’s the Pediatrics Department Chair over at Sansum, as well as a busy mother to four boisterous children and one very injury prone, two-hundred pound man-child.
Congratulations Karen on all of your hard work and effort, you’re an inspiration to our whole community in addition to being a kick ass CrossFitter!
