Just a reminder that this month’s Third Thursday Presentation will be lead by Baker. He’s got a great talk lined up on Intermittent Fasting and the pros and cons of doing so.
Intermittent fasting is a topic that a lot of CrossFitters and other health professionals are interested in, but hasn’t pierced the veil of the national conversation.
Jeff will be starting right at 7:00pm (no 7:00pm class). Feel free to bring anyone from your regular life for the talk, it is open to the public and free of charge.
