It’s the last week. And therefore the easiest week to say, “F it, I’ve only got six more days, so I’m going to throw in the towel a few days early.”
Don’t say that.
Eric, River and I made a pact (see above) that we’d go all the way to the last day and take the easy way out during the last week. We implore you all to do the same. Commit to work through this week like it was the second or third week of the challenge back when you were still gung ho about it.
Also, as I wrote about last week, this should be a heavy time of post challenge organization. Ali and I have nine meals that are completely paleo, are even better with a cold beer if need be, but can be prepared easily and quickly, and most importantly can be prepared in bulk.
I’ve also decided to continue on with daily fish oil and daily rolling out. My body hasn’t been this injury free since 2003 and I intend on keeping it this way.
Begin to structure your own success plan for when next Monday hits and we’re all left to our own devices and accountability. Find someone this week to make a pact with and shake on it.
