1 Min ME rope ascent
1 Min ME double under
1 Min ME wall ball (20#/14#)
1 Min rest
*ME = max effort
**Max effort = as many as possible without your form going to shit.

Listening to Rich for 6 minutes would totally ruin it though... while Annie just gets cuter! (not that more eye candy for females wouldn't be appreciated)
