Alright folks, saddle up. Tonight is the last of our five nights! You all have done an amazing job of coming together as a team, supporting each other, cheering for each other, and giving awesome personal efforts.
Tonight is going to be hard, but there’s nothing happening tomorrow morning that you’ll need to be fresh for. Give it hell.
One of the largest driving forces behind why we do what we do here at CPC, especially setting up and running week-long events like this, is “the shift” that we’re sure has happened in a number of you. We have a knowing that in only seven days, a person can completely reorient what they believe they are capable of.
We know for a fact, that for most of you, what you thought you were capable of last Friday night is completely different from what you know you can accomplish now. You’ve gone through it physically, you’ve gone through it mentally, and you’ve gone through it emotionally.
Come 7:30pm tonight anyone who’s survived these five days will in essence be a different human being than they were a week ago. Limits have been tested, found wanting, and then completely blown out of the water – so take what you’ve learned about yourself this week in the gym and run with it. You’ve redefined impossible more than once this week, why not do it again?
