Wow…tight capri pants on a dude. Big red flag.
On second thought, I guess tights are ok. Just no capris.

Hahaha. OMG! Awesome. I’m really not in a position to judge since I’m still learning myself….. but I would return the straps and put the money toward a CrossFit coach.

I would comment but it was so terrible I had to shut my eyes, so I didn’t get to see the whole video.

Actually, when Traver showed me this video earlier this week my reaction was utter disbelief. This is NOT ok. I’m deeply disturbed by it.

Working on translation. So far it involves a lot of “are you OK” and swearing. (Juicy Norwegian swear word at 1:18-1:19 to add to your repertoire.)

Everything about this reminds of a cartoon. If someone could dub in the sound effects that would really improve the video.

Nice twist on “Some days you’re the windshield, and some days you’re the bug.”

After wasting way too much time on trying to figure out what was said, here’s the best I can do. It is in Norwegian, by the way.
Spectator: Are you OK?
Lifter: I’m OK, but not too late (??)
Unknown: (vile Norwegian swear word)
Spectator: Looks like that hurt.
Lifter: (mumbled)
Spectator: That was good.
Lifter: (mumbled)
