Enzo wants you to eat more asparagus.  So do we. 

Today’s Workout:
Press 3-3-3
Followed by “Airforce Wod” From the Midwest Sectionals
20 Minute Cap
1 Time for Time with (95#/65#)
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Press
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
Every minute on the minute perform 4 burpees.

From what I understand, it’s pretty easy to make one of your own (at least from the guy’s perspective).
