Today’s Workout:
6 Rounds for Time of 10 Unbroken Box Jumps (touch and go)
30 seconds rest between rounds.
Followed by AMRAP 15
4 Handstand Push Ups
10 KB Cleans Right Arm
10 KB Cleans Left Arm

Way to talk about swimming on a hot hot day :0) Can we move today’s WOD to the pool?? Pretty Please!! My handstand pushups are much better when upside down in a pool….. I don’t even need a wall or ab matts…lol.
