Congratulations to everyone that came out for the trials of the Grace Challenge!!  This is going to be a great challenge with a lot of opportunity to improve your CrossFit game - we’re glad that so many of you are giving it a go.  For the next 8 weeks, just continue to train as hard as you do and come May 15th, we’re going to have a packed house to cheer you on! 

Today’s Workout:
Press 3-3-3
Followed by 5 Rounds of:
1 Minute Max Squats
1 Minute Rest
1 Minute Max Double Unders
1 Minute Rest

Excellent catch. From time to time errors will be included in the post to see who is really on their game. Good work Migs and Mom – extra bacon for you both this week.

I feel like I have very graceful shoulders right now… very sore graceful shoulders ha! Great Work this weekend everyone!! Way to push through!! I can’t wait for May 15th!!!
