One of my favorite clips.  Happy Monday everyone.

Today’s Workout:
Box Jump for Max Height
Followed by AMRAP 15
3 Backsquats (Bodyweight on the bar)
6 Leg Raises (to 90 degrees)
9 Burpees

Pretty much everything in today’s workout was new to me, which was fun (or maybe, “fun”). I’m learning another aspect of the CrossFit exerience: “Guess which body part will be most sore tomorrow (or the next day).” After the backsquats (definitely a new move for me) I’m already feeling something starting to hurt a bit somewhere between my left shoulder blade & neck. Thanks for another great workout.
