This one’s for the ladies- at the risk of sounding cheesy I think of CPC as a gift that I have given to myself! I have been athletic all of my life and grew up here in SB County so I quite literally have been to (or joined with) many of the local gyms. From the standard gyms, to yoga/pilates studios, kickboxing gyms, and running groups… you name it I’ve done it! So when my girlfriend (who does CF down south) recommended CPC, I was…curious!
