BENCHMARK MAKE UP DAYS.
ByHelen and the Claw just can’t seem to get to see each other. We schedule 6am breakfast meetings, noontime lunches, coffee at 5:30 and dinner at 6:30, but alas, they just don’t seem to be in town on the same days. Although the Beckster is more than the Claw could ever want, we’d hate for Jim to keep missing out on experiences with the Frans, the Nicoles, and the Helens of the world. Borrowing from a very popular tradition that our great friends at CrossFit Ventura started a while back, we are now turning the last Saturday of every month into Benchmark Make Up Day. Did you miss getting to do Murph during the month? Now it’s not a problem. Did you do Murph yesterday but still have the overwhelming desire to do it again because your name is Fielding? No biggie. January 30th will be the first opportunity to make up any Benchmark workout that you’ve missed or want to repeat for this month. What better way to start the day before the POSE seminar!

i think the claw purposely is avoiding helen… too much coincidence equals a trend. she’s a rough lady claw, but she will treat you right. haha.
