CrossFit Pacific Coast - where the sexy and the CrossFit collide!
Welcome back folks – 2010 is here and here at CrossFit Pacific Coast we are determined to make it the best year of your lives to date. Eric and I have spent a lot of time over the break designing an amazing year for everyone. We are 100% committed to each and every one of your successes with regards to your health and fitness. This year is going to bring a lot of hard training, a lot of teambuilding, and a hell of a lot of ridiculousness and fun. Just listen to this actual conversation that Eric and I had with regards to some of the awesomeness that is right around the corner:
Eric,“We are going to, uh hopefully, uh get a live camel in here and just see what happens.”
Traver, “ No sort of plan at all, just get the camel in here and just see what it does?”
Eric,“Let it loose.”
Traver, “ Will this be a trained show camel? Not a professional camel in any way?”
Eric,“No. This will be a wild camel shipped over here from the Middle East.”
Traver, “And you are just going to get him here in the stadium and just see what happens?”
Eric,“Well we are going to light firecrackers.”
Traver, “ I would just like the take the opportunity to strongly advise against that.”
Eric,“Strongly advise against the greatest night in CrossFit Pacific Coast history?”
Traver, “ A wild camel, firecrackers, that just sounds like pandamonium doesn’t it?”
Eric,“It does! That’s what we are all about here at CPC.”

I like both camel and badger. Possibly at the same time. We should also consider a large number of chickens… It worked for Rocky.
