This one’s for the ladies- at the risk of sounding cheesy I think of CPC as a gift that I have given to myself! I have been athletic all of my life and grew up here in SB County so I quite literally have been to (or joined with) many of the local gyms. From the standard gyms, to yoga/pilates studios, kickboxing gyms, and running groups… you name it I’ve done it! So when my girlfriend (who does CF down south) recommended CPC, I was…curious!

Last night KJ and Donnie returned from a few weeks in New Zealand where they got to check out CrossFit Christchurch (www.crossfitchristchurch.com). If you’re going to be out of town this holiday season and feel inclined, we encourage you to check out the local CrossFit in the area. It’s always great to pick up a tip or two from the coach there to bring back and share with us. Just make sure to take a few handstand shots!
