2) I think you guys should name a new wod called the &quot;Bitta Brit&quot;. Here is how it goes. the warm up is 20 minutes about how &quot;lasses dont fancy you anymore&quot; and list as many reasons as you can. &quot;Blokes&quot; can be substituted for those of that persuasion. At the end of the 20 you pretend that a &quot;lass&quot; or &quot;bloke&quot; actually does &quot;fancy&quot; you and you run as fast as you can away from them for 400m. Post times for the sprint. Do 3 rounds. What do you think?</description>
