Before I joined Crossfit Pacific Coast, I began hearing a buzz about it from my good friends Miguel and Su. Whenever we would hang out, it would come up. Miguel and Su knew that I worked out regularly, and that I could potentially be interested in it. Before joining CPC, I would go to the gym 5-6 days a week, and even create my own workouts at City College. I was not working out to lose weight, I was doing it to feel good. Since I was doing it on my own anyway, Miguel and Su suggested I come to the opening day WOD for CPC, and see what an amazing experience it is working out with an awesome group of like-minded people.
